What’s on this site

The three sections Synopsis 1, Synopsis 2 and Synopsis 3 are summaries of three papers. The papers are available here:

  1. Selwyn et al. – 2019 – What’s next for Ed-Tech Critical hopes and concerns for the 2020s
  2. Selwyn et al. – 2019 – What might the school of 2030 be like An exercise in social science fiction
  3. Macgilchrist et al. – 2019 – Students and society in the 2020s. Three future ‘histories’ of education and technology

The summaries are intended to aid a focus on the key ideas in the papers and to promote discussion about the future of EdTech in education. You can offer comments directly on the summaries but of course you may also wish to read the papers to provide wider context for your responses. You may also write write blog posts for a longer form of response.
