As you scroll and read you can leave comments on individual paragraphs. A user can choose to view all comments by all users and can edit or delete their own comments as they please. A user can also reply to other user comments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">A user account is necessary in you want to create and edit comments or write longer form blog posts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">If you simply want to read without commenting then no user account is required but you will not be able view or interact with comments left by other users.\u00a0The site also includes a blog. These are independent of the comment stream. Users can view all blog posts but can only edit or delete their own.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Email me at <a href=\"mailto:davidjlongman@gmail.com\">davidjlongman@gmail.com<\/a> with a preferred username and email address. WordPress will notify you with your new account which you can then edit on the site dashboard to set a preferred password (the username cannot be changed once set).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><i><b>Summary of user account permissions:<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">Comments automatically moderated; view all comments, edit or delete own comments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">Users may add blog posts, view all blog posts, edit or delete own blog posts, comment on blog posts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><i><b>*To be added.
